Director's Message

My journey into education began long before I took on the role of Director – Academics and Administration. Growing up within a family deeply rooted in schools, classrooms, and academic systems, I saw education from the inside, its strengths, its discipline, and the opportunities it created for countless children over the years. I also learned to respect the immense responsibility that comes with shaping young minds.

A moment that stayed with me occurred during a routine classroom visit a few years ago. A child had answered a question incorrectly and quietly closed their notebook, refusing to try again. When gently asked why, the child said, “I don’t want to be wrong in front of everyone.” Nothing dramatic had happened, no scolding, no punishment, yet something essential had withdrawn. That moment raised a question that stayed with me: What happens to curiosity when children begin to fear mistakes?

This question led me to explore child development more deeply: how children learn, how confidence is built, and how early experiences shape their relationship with learning itself. I discovered that when children are given time, rhythm, meaningful work with their hands, and space to explore without constant evaluation, learning becomes joyful rather than stressful. This understanding became the foundation of our Waldorf-inspired approach in the early years.

In our school, children begin with experiential learning, through stories, movement, arts, nature, and practical life activities, before formal academics are introduced. As they grow, this strong inner foundation is carefully blended with structured academic learning aligned with the CISCE framework, ensuring both readiness and depth.

My role is to ensure that our systems support teachers, reassure parents, and most importantly, protect the child's natural love for learning. When education nurtures confidence before performance, children don't just learn well, they grow well.
